Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. is proud to celebrate 54 years of manufacturing excellence in Nova Scotia, employing more than 3600 individuals across our three facilities. We are currently seeking Reliability Maintainers (electrical/electronics/instrumentation/electro-mechanical/industrial mechanical) to join our team in Bridgewater.
Reliability Technicians at Michelin utilize innovative solutions to address complex problems, maintaining sophisticated and technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities of Reliability Maintainers include:
– Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to understand the layout and specifications of systems
– Installing wiring, circuits and electrical components according to the manufacturer\’s guidelines and safety standards
– Assembling and installing mechanical components such as motors, gears, and bearings
– Ensuring all connections and fittings are secure and compliant with industry regulation
– Ensuring machine performance and sustaining equipment compliance within their area of responsibility
– Performing interventions effectively and efficiently, including accurate documentation and
– Providing technical support to production operations and participating in high-performance teams
Job Requirements:
– Successful prior completion of a technical program
– Dedication to working safely
– Capability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends
– Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems and
– Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
