Location: Manchester South East (Denton)
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience + performance-based bonuses

About the Role:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join a new care service in Manchester South East . This is a hands-on role that will shape the future of the business, from CQC registration to staff recruitment and business development.
You\’ll have the autonomy to lead, manage, and ensure high-quality care, all while helping the business grow from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CQC registration and maintain compliance.
- Develop and implement care standards and policies .
- Build relationships with local healthcare professionals, GPs, and organizations.
- Recruit and train care staff to build a strong, motivated team.
- Oversee and ensure high-quality care services .
- Network to grow the client base and drive referrals.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have Registered Care Manager experience with strong CQC knowledge .
- Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or actively working towards it).
- Be hands-on and proactive, willing to get involved with care and staff recruitment.
- Have a proven ability to develop and manage a domiciliary care team , ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
- Have a full UK driving licence + car .
- Experience in business development within the care sector is essential; the ability to network and build relationships will be key to success.
- Be based locally (within a 30-minute radius of Manchester south east (Denton)).
- Have a strong work ethic , a positive attitude, and a people-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have a mature and thoughtful approach to leadership, with an ability to read people and adapt accordingly.
