We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options and assist them in securing suitable financing for property purchases., Offer professional mortgage advice to clients, explaining different products and services- Assess clients’ financial circumstances and eligibility for mortgages- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately- Liaise with lenders to negotiate terms, interest rates, and repayment plans on behalf of clients- Keep up-to-date with market trends and regulations affecting mortgages- Provide excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process
No previous experience in financial services is required, however, it would be preferred if someone was CeMap 1,2 and 3 qualified – Strong understanding of basic maths principles for financial calculations- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service to clients- CeMAP qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple client cases efficiently
