Maintenance Technician
Role
- Supporting our Resident Site Engineers, carrying out automated materials handling equipment servicing, in accordance with quality standards.
- Breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, to include cranes; conveyors; vertical lifts; monorail system and a deep freeze high bay.
- Working in a cold environment (-18 degrees).
- Working at heights.
- Working within a team of engineers, representing the company professionally and striving for excellence and best practice in all tasks undertaken.
Qualifications
- You will be an Engineering Site Technician, with a good level of competence in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering.
- An Apprentice trained Engineer, with a minimum Level 2 Qualification.
- You must have GCSEs Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science.
- This is a customer facing role, so you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to adapt to new and changing demands and situations.
- Able to share knowledge with others proactively and always show integrity.
Salary and Working Hours
Working rotating 12 hours days and nights. Salary dependent on experience, plus excellent company benefits to include private health care and company contributory pension scheme.
