Purpose
In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants in the community, providing high quality support and guidance, enabling participants to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, leading them into an ultimate goal of sustainable employment.
Location:
The post holder will be required to cover the Slough Probation office however, there is a possibility for more than one delivery location based on need and demand, this will include all custody and community sites across the Thames Valley area.
