Job Description
Overview:
This role oversees procurement operations across the group, ensuring policy compliance, vendor governance, supplier optimization, and travel management. The position supports regulatory alignment (including SOX and DORA) and helps drive cost-efficiency and process improvement in procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and oversight of the group’s procurement framework and policy
- Ensure vendor compliance with procurement procedures and regulatory obligations
- Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Monitor key vendor performance and drive SLA/KPI improvements
- Support sourcing, supplier rationalization, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate tender processes and purchase order adherence
- Oversee corporate travel policy and vendor relationships
- Analyse spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain and enhance procurement systems and reporting
- Deliver procurement training and support policy awareness across the business
