Employee Relations Team Manager
Birmingham – hybrid, 2 days in office
£55,000 – £65,000 plus benefits
A highly regarded global organisation within the financial services sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations Team Manager to lead a newly-created People Advisory function.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Employee Relations Advisors across the UK and US.
- Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality HR guidance aligned with employment law and HR best practices.
- Oversee complex ER cases and coach managers through people-related challenges.
- Collaborate with senior HR stakeholders (including HRBPs) to enhance employee experience and build management capability.
- Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement in people services.
