Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager to oversee stores in and around East Yorkshire and Lincoln, supporting the reduction of stock loss and enhancing profitability. The role involves collaboration with retail managers, leading a security team, conducting store health checks, and managing theft incidents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing coaching and advice to store teams to meet loss targets.
  • Visiting stores based on risk assessments.
  • Conducting LP health checks and providing data insights.
  • Supporting investigations and incident reports.
  • Managing recruitment and training of security personnel.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Supporting store openings and setups.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High initiative and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
