We\’ve partnered with a highly respected, fast-growing financial services company in Leeds looking to expand their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking business where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality support to advisers, clients and internal teams. If you love problem-solving, accuracy, and variety, this could be the role for you!

  • Act as the first point of contact for any queries.
  • Deliver excellent email and telephone support to advisers, client services teams, and paraplanners.
  • Manage and maintain support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Track and monitor transfer business to ensure timely progression.
  • Liaise with external providers to make sure all business is processed efficiently.
  • Set up and support portal access for staff and clients.
  • Help maintain data integrity and reporting across platforms.
  • Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency.
  • Maintain strong awareness of compliance, risk, and quality standards.
  • Experience in Financial Services is essential (admin, customer service, operational, helpdesk or ticketing backgrounds all welcome).
  • Accurate, organised and confident working to deadlines.
  • Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a professional manner.
  • Solid IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
  • Salary £25-27k DOE
