What you will be doing…
As our Videographer/Photographer, you’ll work closely with the social media, marketing, and creative teams to produce impactful video content that connects with audiences and drives engagement.
The role involves:
- Editing short- and long-form video content for organic and paid social, website, and advertising campaigns.
- Assembling and refining footage provided by regional creators to ensure consistent storytelling and brand quality.
- Using AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and scale output.
- Interpreting briefs and aligning video content with platform trends and campaign objectives.
- Occasionally planning and shooting B-roll, lifestyle footage, and ad hoc photography on location.
- Maintaining an organised editing pipeline and digital asset library.
- Staying up to date with editing trends, AI tools, and evolving platform best practices.
- Ensuring all content meets brand standards, compliance needs, and project deadlines.
- Supporting wider marketing campaigns with creative video assets.
Some of the skills we’re looking for:
- A degree in Film, Media, or Digital Production – or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools or automated content workflows (highly desirable).
- Strong project management and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Basic videography and photography skills for occasional shoots, including camera and lighting use.
- Drone experience (desirable, but not essential).
- Flexibility to travel occasionally across the UK for on-location shoots.
