Their fast-growing business focuses on online video, helping clients navigate an advertising world without cookies and third-party data, while delivering exceptional results. Their products and services rely on intelligent features, in-depth data analysis, and trained AI models. The Role: Lead and develop their analytics and enrichment capabilities. Collaborate with a passionate data team to achieve goals. Hybrid role: 3 days in London, 2 days remote.Responsibilities: Lead a team of data scientists and analysts. Build and maintain ML models and solutions. Influence product and data strategy. Communicate complex analytics to diverse audiences. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams.Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Machine Learning, Engineering, etc.).
