The Fund has c.200 participating employers and over c.65,000 active, deferred and pensioner members. Our aim is to provide an accurate and customer focused service to our members from joining the scheme to retirement and beyond. About the role We are looking to recruit a Principal or Senior Pension Officer (Data and Systems) who will help us deliver a comprehensive and effective service by helping us introduce and maintain new systems such as scheme member and employer portals to share data and information, ensuring we have high quality data and efficient processes, supporting with data improvement initiatives and projects and writing and running systems reports (e.g. using Tableau). The two roles stated operate on Career Grade, with current salary ranges as follows: Principal: £36,124 to £39,513 Senior: £32,115 to £35,235 In particular, during 2025 we are looking to roll out a new system (i-Connect) amongst all our employers and we are looking for someone to support employers with onboarding onto the new system.
