Job role:Senior Support Worker
Contract:Full time, Permanent
Salary: £29,245.00 – £30,275.00 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential of £30,064.00 – £31,562.12 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum)
Homes2Inspire are looking for a Senior Support Worker to be part of the Management team for an established residential home in Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives, guiding them towards a brighter future while upholding the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will be working closely with the child to support their mental health and special needs. Experience in CAMHS or mental health nursing is preferred but not required.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people’s behaviour, safety, and well-being.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others are vital! As a shift leader, the right candidate will be someone who leads by example, upholds standards, and ensures that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years\’ experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
- Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
- Full UK driving licence
