About the Role

We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations.
Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
  • Working in participants’ homesorin our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
  • Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs
  • Administering medication and following detailed health support plans
  • Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
  • Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants
  • Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families

About You

We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fields
  • Certificate III/IV/Diploma inDisability, Individual Support, Aged Care, orsimilar (preferred)
  • Experience with high-intensity behavioural support
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
  • Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
