Key Responsibilities: As the Lead Designer (Electrical Bias), your role will encompass: * Leading the creation and management of electrical design programmes, ensuring detailed and timely deliverables for procurement, manufacture, and installation. * Defining design deliverables that align with project scopes and ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout. * Collaborating with consultants and trade contractors to review, validate, and approve all electrical design deliverables. * Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, Building Control, planning conditions, fire safety regulations, and other certification schemes. * Managing risks to mitigate delays and budgetary impacts while maintaining project integrity. * Establishing and monitoring design schedules and ensuring deliverables are uploaded via client design portals. * Supporting the team t…
