We’re excited to be growing, and as part of that journey, we’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Coventry office.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, as you’ll be the sole office-based team member on site. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional environment for colleagues and visitors alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Support Office inbox and responding to enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings for staff across the business
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Ensuring the office remains clean, tidy, well-stocked, and running smoothly
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all facilities-related matters
  • Liaising with the on-site building management team to report and resolve any maintenance or building issues
  • Supporting health and safety compliance within the office, including reporting hazards and helping to maintain a safe working environment
  • Planning and coordinating office events and activities for employees, helping to foster a welcoming and engaging workplace culture
  • Welcoming external visitors and guests, and supporting the coordination of external meetings and on-site events

Working Pattern

This role is based in our Coventry City Centre office and is Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
