Leasehold Property Manager

Location: North East – Community Based

Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary: £30k – £35k negotiable depending on skills and experience, plus benefits including Health Cash Plan!

Are you looking to progress your career in property management? Do you have experience and understanding of leasehold? Join our Leasehold team and develop your property management skills in this autonomous role. Bring your leasehold knowledge, and we’ll support you with training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small portfolio of schemes, conduct site inspections, and be the face of Home Group.
  • Handle customer queries, arrears, anti-social behaviour, complaints, and safeguarding issues.
  • Work with customers individually and facilitate scheme meetings and resident associations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and leasehold teams to ensure compliance and effective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure service charge accounts are accurate and transparent for customers.
  • Enhance the leasehold customer experience with Home Group.

About You:

  • Experience in customer service and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience working with leasehold or rented properties.
  • Qualifications such as TPI (IRPM), RICS, or relevant housing/property management certificates are desirable.
  • Line management experience is a bonus.
  • You need a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be reimbursed.
