BAT UK IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL GRADUATE IN HUMAN RESOURCES WITH A FOCUS ON TALENT, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND INCLUSION!
It\’s 18 months, fast-track development programme to a management role for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim is to raise future leaders of BAT Human Resources Team! Our Graduate Programme in HR helps you to develop exceptional skills – full of understanding the dynamics of the markets we are operating in, and how the BAT Human Resources practices are performed focusing on Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Performance & Learning or Organizational Effectiveness to achieve outstanding business results.

- Reports to Various managers during rotations, 1 mentor throughout the programme
- Reporting Level Manages self – no direct reports
- Geographic Scope Western Europe

What are we looking for?
- Someone who is looking for an international career in HR
- Speak English fluently (both written and spoken)
- Have a university degree (Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology or similar, with maximum 3 years from the graduation) and meaningful work experience in the HR field
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either professional experience or extra-curricular activities
- Are curious, adventurous, innovative and passionate about challenges and have growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Have strong analytical skills
- Have a drive for excellence high expectation for the quality of your work, proactive in nature and comfortable to take care of ambiguity and to influence a wide array of partners
- Demonstrate an appetite for continuous learning, eager to develop new skills
- Take initiative and communicate clearly
