The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.
This is a full-time, permanent position, that will be based at our TDS office in Belfast.
The successful candidate for this position will follow our hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week.
Some the key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing training programmes focused on customer systems and related tenancy deposit scheme processes for both internal colleagues and customers.
- Developing high-quality training materials, such as manuals, user guides, and e-learning modules tailored for internal and external audiences.
- Evaluating training needs through customer visits, surveys, and interviews.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously improving content and delivery based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Property Management Software providers used in Northern Ireland (e.g., Edge) and supporting integration with TDS Northern Ireland’s systems.
- Collaborating with the head office team in England and Wales to align integration efforts with widely used Property Management Software among customers in Northern Ireland.
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Hold a bachelor\’s degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience.
- Have proven experience using Salesforce, with the confidence to train others in its functionality.
- Be familiar with video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, and able to deliver training effectively through virtual platforms.
- Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness using feedback and reporting metrics.
- Show excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot training challenges, resolve user queries, and support continuous system and process improvements.
- Hold a valid driving licence, with the flexibility to travel occasionally to customer sites or alternative premises for training delivery.
