Excellent communicator both verbal and in writing, analytical and organisational skills (customer service skills) and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Strong IT skills including Excel to intermediate level and the ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practices.
