Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train staff or arrange training
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
