About The Role

The Distribution Operative supports the Team Leader by ensuring that the daily production plan is completed in line with Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives within the EDC.You will contribute to the execution of the daily production plan for your area. You will also collaborate with other areas and Operatives to ensure that the EDC functions efficiently and that all daily/weekly objectives are met.

Who You Are

  • Secondary level completed
  • Understanding of Distribution Centre operations
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Self-motivated
  • A team-based attitude
  • Be able to lift to 20kgs, role is warehouse based so the ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods is key
  • A flexible approach to the working environment in terms of hours and the ability to react positively to priority changes is a core requirement

Salary Range

23,751 GBP to 26,740 GBP
