Inspire is recruiting for a Warehouse Quality Inspector to help keep things moving smoothly by checking the quality of stock going in and out of the warehouse. Youll be working closely with the Quality team, making sure everything meets the right standards before it goes to the customer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and quality inspection experience.

Duties To Include

  • Check over incoming and outgoing goods, spot any faults, and record what you find.
  • Hit daily checking targets set by the Quality team leads.
  • Make sure all outgoing stock is good to go, with no issues holding it up.
  • Weigh and measure products when needed.
  • Go through returns, assess the condition, and decide what to do with them.
  • Inspect items that customers have flagged and write up whats wrong.
  • Fix or rework items if needed to meet quality standards.
  • Work with your team lead to know what needs doing first each day.
  • Shift products (safely and in line with guidelines) to complete checks.
  • Keep your work area tidy and stick to all Health & Safety rules.
  • Use Excel, Outlook, and internal systems to log your work.
  • Speak with other departments when quality issues come up.
  • Help get ready for any customer visits or audit checks.
  • Pitch in on improvement projects and process changes.
  • Keep track of returns, including when they arrive and when theyre sent back out.
  • Share results from checks and raise the alarm if anything doesnt look right.
