Customer Services Co‑ordinator
Location: Kettering, England, United Kingdom
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5:00 (office based)

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Process all sales orders, ensuring complete and accurate customer information is collected and documented
- Manage post-sale order tracking, stock monitoring, and project allocation for delivery
- Coordinate with Despatch, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely and complete project fulfilment
- Ensure all customer delivery schedules are met efficiently
- Handle incoming calls professionally and warmly
- Maintain and improve internal customer service processes
- Process extras, spare parts, and quick orders promptly to meet lead times
- Investigate and respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring thorough resolution
- Maintain weekly reporting on customer service KPIs
- Support additional business operations as required
