The firm focuses on SMEs in the technology space and are looking to grow over the coming years. The postholder will work with tech clients drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements. Candidates are expected to be UK qualified lawyers, circa 3 years PQE with commercial contracts and/or technology experience.
