Danebury Associates are working with a fast-growing boutique law firm seeking a commercial lawyer for their legal team. The firm focuses on SMEs in the technology space and are looking to grow over the coming years. The postholder will work with tech clients drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements. Candidates are expected to be UK qualified lawyers, circa 3 years PQE with commercial contracts and/or technology experience. The company has a collaborative culture with excellent working hours and low staff turnover. They are also a genuine advocate for flexible working and the postholder can work on a remote basis.
