Procurement Manager – £75,000 Base

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Procurement Manager to support business-wide procurement activity, with a focus on projects and transformation programmes . You’ll manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contracts while partnering with key stakeholders across technology, operations, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement across multiple categories.
  • Support business and technology transformation projects with procurement expertise.
  • Run sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs), supplier evaluations, and contract awards.
  • Manage supplier relationships, SLAs, KPIs, and governance.
  • Ensure procurement activity meets risk, regulatory, and ESG standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Financial services or blue chip organisation procurement experience (essential).
  • Experience working on transformation or large business change projects.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement governance and third-party risk in FS.
  • CIPS qualification (desirable).
