I am an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist offering online art therapy, counselling, and psychotherapy, with specialist support for clients who are Autistic or ADHD. I provide a neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ-affirming, inclusive space where clients can explore trauma, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, recovery from coercive control, and existential crisis. Services offered include art therapy, counselling & psychotherapy, Brainspotting and Autism & ADHD Support.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, welcoming clients of all neurotypes, genders, and backgrounds. With extensive experience in the NHS, social care, education, and private practice, I offer offer one-to-one online therapy for ages 16+

Qualifications include MA Art Psychotherapy, Diploma in Integrative Counselling, Post-Graduate Diploma in Autism, Sheffield Hallam University.
HCPC Registered: AS16646 British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) Registered: 45111I am registered with the ICO and fully insured with Howdens Insurance.
