A growing Private Equity backed business with a significant acquisition agenda, is expanding their Strategy Transformation Office with a new hires to take ownership M&A Due Diligence, Value Creation, Operational Efficiency Transformation, Commercial Transformation throughout the end-to-end post-merger integration of 12 newly acquired businesses valued at circa £30m-£50m.
- Permanent: £75,000 – £90,000+ base + 20% + Benefits
- Location: Hybrid (3 days in London per week)
- Reporting to: Divisional Head
- Skills required: M&A, Due Diligence, Post merger Integration, Growth Strategy + Consulting, + BIG4 + Transformation within M&A + Private Equity
- Education preferred: MBA
Mandate:
- You will drive seamless collaboration between divisions and take ownership of executing key milestones, aligning all stakeholders to achieve success in the acquisition agenda.
- Your role will involve working on pre-deal due diligence, value creation, M&A integration, commercial transformation. Take full ownership of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, being comfortable with due diligence, working with M&A teams, business units, and sales teams.
- As a champion for the vision of the integration and program management structure, integration leaders will create the momentum and drive needed to capture the value of the transaction.
To be successful in this role:
- Successful track record in leading acquisition integration and PMI pre deal due diligence, value creation and identifying operational improvement throughout the Integration Management Office and Strategy Transformation Office
- Extensive experience leading M&A Integration, including Future State processes, Exit Agreements, TSA, Legal Entity Transfers,
- You will have prior experience in a Private Equity firm or have developed within a Consulting Firm, BIG4, PE Consulting Firm or MBB and since moved into industry.
- Industry experience in Technology, TMT, Data Analytics, Information Services, Healthcare, Consumer or Industrials coupled with Consulting is highly advantageous
- Engage, influence and collaborate with cross functions teams, leaders and functional experts
- Ability to understand the priorities, operating needs and responsibilities of the different work streams, and be able to anticipate, plan and solve for cross‑functional interdependencies.
- Proven experience in aligning and bringing people together to successful hit milestones throughout an M&A initiatives.
