We supply and service test and measurement equipment for industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and Facilities Management companies.
Founded in 2001 and with a team of 145 we are a leading supplier of test equipment, calibration and electrical training. We have sites in Teesside, Paignton, Leeds, Glasgow, Belfast and Herts. This role will be based in Stockton, Teesside.
We require a Training Centre Administrator to join our busy and expanding team.
You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, booking training courses by telephone, email and face to face.
Your role will include but not restricted to:
- Advising Customers on relevant courses and pre-requisites
- Taking bookings for all training courses by telephone, email and web
- Organising and arranging onsite courses
- Using Company accounts system
- Printing Course Notes
- Ensuring Training Centre is clean and tidy at all times
- Assisting instructors and sending all relevant course notes prior to the course commencement
- Photocopying
- Issuing certificates
- Uploading, downloading exams and contacting delegates with results
- Providing additional administrational support as required
A large part of your time will involve working within a team and also on your own initiative.
We are ideally looking for someone who is / has:
· Previous Customer Service Experience in a Training Centre Environment
· Has previously used City & Guilds enrolment system
· Knowledgeable in word, excel and outlook
· Customer focused and gives great service.
· Adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
