Digital Marketing Manager
Glasgow – Hybrid (2 office days)
Up to £50,000 + Benefits
Mac Recruit Group is working with a growing business in the drinks industry, seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy across a portfolio of D2C ecommerce sites. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven digital marketer to take ownership of digital acquisition, retention, and performance channels within an established, product-led environment.
You\’ll have the chance to shape the digital roadmap and play a key role in driving online growth for a drinks portfolio.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a digital marketing specialist with strong D2C experience to lead, plan, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that grow customer acquisition and retention, delivering measurable commercial results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across ecommerce sites.
- Manage acquisition and retention channels including SEO, PPC, social, email and affiliates.
- Build and maintain an annual marketing and promotional calendar.
- Track key performance metrics and optimise tactics based on insights.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging digital content and assets.
- Keep ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with product, operations, and commercial teams to align priorities.
Requirements:
- Strong D2C/Ecommerce digital marketing experience(within drinks is a bonus).
- Knowledge across key digital channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and affiliates.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and Meta Ads.
- Comfortable owning a marketing calendar and delivering against KPIs.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Confident managing multiple projects, agencies and deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and naturally curious about digital trends.
The Package:
- Salary up to £50,000.
- Hybrid working, typically 2 days in the office (you must be Central Belt-based).
