At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be detail-oriented, ACCA-qualified Financial Accountant (2+ years PQE) who’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be preparing financial statements (UK GAAP/IFRS), manage statutory accounts, and liaise with auditors.
  • You’ll be overseeing monthly close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and group reporting.
  • We’ll need you toanalyse financial performance, report variances, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Strengthening financial controls, conduct risk assessments, and maintain internal accounting documentation.
  • You’ll bePartnering with management accountants and other teams to provide financial insights and support.

What you’ll bring
You’ll be a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial professional with a strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and statutory reporting standards. You’ll ensure financial accuracy and compliance while demonstrating exceptional problem-solving capabilities by proactively identifying and resolving issues. With excellent time management skills, you will effectively handle tight deadlines and utilise advanced Excel skills alongside expertise in accounting tools such as Oracle, SAP, or Xero. Your ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial audiences will be critical. As a fully qualified ACCA professional with over two years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, you’ll bring proven expertise in preparing statutory accounts and managing audits to contribute to our organisation’s continued success.
