Wir suchen einen Master Scheduler (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Planungsteams (Apparel & Textiles). In dieser Funktion sind Sie für das Planen unserer Endprodukte verantwortlich und sorgen für die pünktliche Verfügbarkeit der Laminate zur Belieferung der Kundenbedarfe. Dabei sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und Produktion.
Diese Position wird an unserem Standort in Putzbrunn bei München, Bayern, besetzt und könnte, je nach Aufgabenbereich und geschäftlichen Erfordernissen, flexible Möglichkeiten für ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell bieten, d.h. einen Teil der Zeit könnte remote von zu Hause aus gearbeitet werden.
Aufgaben
- Übersetzung des Demandplans in den Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Erstellung und Kommunikation des MPS für Fertigwaren und/oder Intermidiatprodukte auf SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)-/Endartikelebene für den MPS-Horizont von 0-4 Monaten auf Wochenebene
- Pflege und Bereitstellung gültiger ATP-Daten (Available to Promise)
- Identifizierung und Lösung von Konflikten mit Angebot und Nachfrage sowie verfügbarer Kapazität für den MPS-Horizont
- Modellierung von „Was-wäre-wenn“-Szenarien, um vorgeschlagene MPS-Änderungen zu bewerten und die Auswirkungen zu bestimmen
- Empfehlung zur Entsorgung von sich langsam bewegenden/veralteten Beständen
- Analyse von Lagerbestandsstrategien und Empfehlung von Verbesserungen
- Ausführung von Richtlinien in Bezug auf den Master Schedule – und Supply Plan Prozess
Erforderliche Qualifikationen
- Studium oder Ausbildung im wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich oder mindestens 3 Jahre relevante funktionale Erfahrung in der Planung (Distributionsplanung, Materialplanung, Produktionsplanung)
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
- Modellierungstechniken zur Bewertung von Szenarien
- Verständnis der ERP-Funktionalität zur Unterstützung des Master-Scheduling-Prozesses
- Verständnis von Bestandsverwaltung und Wiederbeschaffungsmethoden
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Hands on Mentalität
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch
