The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
The purpose of the Delivery Analyst is to accurately support clinical teams to consistently capture and record clinical and operational data within the parameters of the national and locally agreed framework for SMI (Severe Mental Illness) / Learning Disability Annual Health Checks.
The post holder will work independently between RDaSH and General Practice, working on validating and aligning the SMI and Learning Disability Registers to form one robust list. The post holder will support achievement of targets specifically RDaSH Promise 7 and 8.
The post holder will focus on data cleansing and validation work, working closely with clinicians to understand and highlight inaccuracies, verify the registers consistently and work with care group colleagues to regularly oversee performance, produce monthly performance reports and validate system records to deploy one register.
- Methodologically and systematically capture information in datasets as deemed necessary for the SMI/LD programme and to update and retrieve information as and when required.
- To help review, collate, upload, process and manipulate related data sets across all clinical and administrative systems.
- Validate and align SMI and LD registers, working independently between RDaSH and general practice.
- Engage with key stakeholders internal and externally to support the activity as required.
- Support achievement of the national targets and RDaSH Promise 7 specifically, and possibly additional promises aligned to 8, 16,19 and 20.
- Focus on data cleansing and validation work, working closely with clinicians to understand and highlight inaccuracies.
- Support build and alignment to MHSDS flow and national datasets.
