TSB Bank is seeking a Customer Service Consultant (Money Confidence Expert) for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Newport, Isle of Wight.
The role involves helping personal and business customers build confidence in using different banking channels, responding to customer enquiries, and proactively educating them about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, through video calls, and over the phone.
- Help answer questions and sort out problems.
