Amazon Marketplace Manager We’re working with a fast-growing eCommerce business based in Mill Hill, London, who are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of their Amazon Seller Central account across the UK and EU. This is a key role within the team, focused on driving performance through strategic advertising, listing optimisation, and data-led growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of eCommerce and have real ownership over the account—ideal for someone experienced, confident, and ready to make an impact. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Listings & Optimisation Manage and optimise product listings across UK and EU marketplaces Write and edit high-performing titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords (with SEO in mind) Use tools such as Helium 10 to improve ranking and conversion Run split tests and A/B experiments on titles, content and images Ensure all listings are brand-appropriate and compliant with Amazon policies Amazon Advertising (PPC) Plan, run and optimise campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) Monitor ACoS, TACoS and ROI to improve performance Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments and regular reviews Use Amazon’s Advertising Console, Search Query Performance, and third-party tools to guide strategy Develop launch campaigns for new products and seasonal promotions Performance Tracking & Market Analysis Track product and ad performance, producing weekly and monthly reports Analyse competitor listings, pricing, keywords and promotional activity Monitor account health and ensure ongoing compliance Work closely with the Head of eCommerce on growth plans and promotional calendars What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central Strong track record in PPC campaign management and performance improvement Deep understanding of Amazon listing optimisation and keyword strategy Comfortable using Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Campaign Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets Excellent written English and strong attention to detail Confident working across both UK and EU marketplaces What’s on Offer: WFH every Friday Career progression as the Amazon and eCommerce channels continue to grow A collaborative and supportive team environment Autonomy and ownership of a key channel A culture that values performance, innovation and continuous learning Location: Mill Hill, London (Fridays WFH) Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Full-time Reports to: Head of eCommerce41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
