Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Valuer to join a dynamic lettings team in Bristol. The role focuses on generating new business, conducting rental valuations, and providing expert advice to landlords. You will also support the marketing and re-letting of properties, conduct viewings when required, and help deliver a seamless, high-quality service to landlords and tenants.

Lettings Valuer Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a valuation-focused role
- Strong knowledge of the Bristol residential lettings market
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing ability
- Highly organised with a proactive, target-driven approach
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems

Lettings Valuer Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct rental valuations and advise landlords on pricing and market positioning
- Generate new business leads and convert them into instructions
- Manage a pipeline of new and existing landlord opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to landlords
- Create high-quality, on-brand property listings and marketing material
- Support the re-marketing of existing landlord properties
- Work with internal teams to manage offers and agree lets
- Act as a key point of communication between landlords and internal teams
- Maximise income while remaining competitive in the market
- Stay informed on market trends, legislative updates, and sector changes
Lettings Valuer Package & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000–£50,000
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm, with occasional 1 in 3 Saturdays
