Are you passionate about thinking big and joining a team who are looking to accelerate the growth of our organic and natural Brands – Clipper Teas, Kallo and Mrs Crimble’s in the UK, while also doing good?

Ecotone is looking to recruit a Revenue Growth Manager to join our small RGM team to deliver the RGM strategy through the commercial, category, shopper and marketing teams to achieve our ambitious double-digit growth targets.

As our Revenue Growth Manager you will be responsible for building on the current RGM tools, embedding RGM fundamentals into the business to include price/pack architecture, strategic pricing, promos, trade terms etc driving value creation. Based in Camberley and reporting to the Commercial Director you\’ll have the freedom to take advantage of our hybrid working while delivering success.

Here are just some of the exciting responsibilities you will be accountable for:-

  • the delivery of revenue, profit and brand share growth
  • embedding revenue growth fundamentals and tools as a core capability in the commercial team
  • developing trade terms optimisation
  • developing a pipeline of revenue management initiatives across price, pack, trade spend, mix-management, promotional planning for key categories through the combination of customer insight and sales analysis
  • monitoring, tracking and evaluating RGM KPI\’s and objectives
  • delivering effective innovation, launch and activation plans
  • reviewing options, valuations, elasticity models and promo efficiency
  • PPA
  • scenario planning to develop, align, communicate and execute multi-year pricing road map
  • leading the commercial S&OP working collaboratively across all functions

We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of 3+ years’ RGM experience in fmcg (food / drink) with a track record of success. You\’ll have strong analytical and financial skills as well as:-

  • FMCG, blue-chip + small company experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence key stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of the retailer landscape
