We have an exciting opportunity within our Finance Service as a Commissioning Assistant.

About Us

The Strategic Commissioning and Procurement Team supports all Directorates across the Council, working within the Finance Directorate.

The successful candidate will be a key team member, committed to high-quality service provision and improving outcomes for Middlesbrough residents.

The role involves working with service providers, partners, and stakeholders. Strong relationship-building, creativity, solution-focused thinking, good IT skills, and excellent communication are essential. Knowledge of social care services is advantageous.
