Core Products & Responsibilities:
Own the launch of a new headless API that powers conversational commerce for customers. You’ll define the go-to-market, shape the product roadmap and work closely with engineers to ship fast and iterate. API product experience is essential. Conversational AI is a nice bonus but a track record of execution in a start-up environment is everything.
Purpose Behind the Hire:
- Support the expansion into Tier 1 retailers, with a goal to sign 150 major clients
- Lead the product strategy to transition into a product-led growth model, focusing on self-service capabilities and scalable solutions
- Develop a product that enables intuitive self-deployment and automation

- Proven experience in delivering highly self-service and automated product solutions
- Experience with research-based and intuition-driven decision-making (fail fast approach)
