Role:
- Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager to roll out and support the project implementation and ongoing management of our client\’s projects
- Ensure that projects progress smoothly through the company and according to agreed timescales
- Assist in the production and ongoing management of high-quality documentation including Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, Project Schedules and other project documentation
- Maintain financial records of all projects
- Produce monthly financial reports to the Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager
- Conduct internal review meetings with the Project Managers, Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager
- Support the Senior team leaders through undertaking any other project management duties that may be required
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in a Computer Tech, Technology, Project or Engineering related discipline
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must enjoy being hands on and being able to work with your own initiative
- Experienced in standard office applications including VISIO, Excel and Project
- Positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ideally, you\’ll have experience with Prince 2, however this is not essential
