Duty Care Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join their team at Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire.
Salary: £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (sleeping night rate), plus additional pay (details below).
Hours: 14 hours per week, including day and night shifts, for 12 months.
Shift Times: Day shifts between 08:45 – 16:30 or 16:15 – 09:30; Night shifts from 21:30 – 09:00. During night shifts, sleep between 23:00 – 07:00, providing emergency support only.
