SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Location – Bexley We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) for part-time and full-time opportunities. These are long-term roles , with the potential for ongoing work and temporary contracts. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students aged 16-19 years with special educational needs (SEN). Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions to help students succeed academically. Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other SEN . Help manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
