Responsibilities * Assessment of drivers during the recruitment and selection process * Support the delivery of driver inductions * Develop a mentoring and training package for all drivers joining the business * All criteria covered in driver induction will need to be evidenced in driver coaching sessions. * To be a custodian of driver tachograph coaching supporting infringement and driver error reduction. * Support RTA investigations and delivery of corrective actions. * Take a leading role communicating to all drivers on the working time directive, the impact on drivers and any future initiatives specifically aimed at driving controls and behaviours. * Identifying ongoing training and produce periodic plans according. * Become part of the site steering team for vehicle operations management. * A confident and capable presenter, with an engaging training style.
