Professional Support Lawyer – Dispute Resolution (UK / Channel Islands / fully remote)
Are you looking for a professional support role that offers the opportunity to work with market leading lawyers on major international disputes, but which also promises flexibility and predictability as well as the opportunity to work remotely if preferred?
This elite offshore law firm has a cutting-edge knowledge management team with specialists operating across its key jurisdictions and practice areas. The team is innovative, pro-active, and tasked with a wide range of work that spans both operational requirements such as legislation updates and precedent libraries, and more strategic matters such as the implementation of new legal technology and complex research and analysis projects.
It has a new opening for a Professional Support Lawyer to work closely with its BVI Dispute Resolution team but being based out of the UK or the Channel Islands. Office locations are London, Jersey or Guernsey, but for applicants living elsewhere in the UK, they are quite happy for someone to be fully remote. Part-time hours are also a possibility.
This is a great role for a technically strong lawyer with good written and spoken communication skills. It will suit someone who is proactive in identifying where they can best contribute to the growing success of the team they are supporting. Full training and induction will be provided on commencement.
Requirements
- Admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
- Likely to suit someone with 2-6 years’ experience in a good litigation team.
- PSL/KM experience would be useful but isn’t a requirement.
- City/International experience, whilst welcome, is not essential. Lawyers with relevant experience from good regional firms are encouraged to get in touch.
