Role: Regional Manager – Autism Services Salary: £54,000 – £58,000 + Competitive Benefits Package Location: Scotland (Flexible with travel requirements)   This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a Regional Manager role, leading and developing services that make a tangible difference to the lives of autistic individuals across Scotland.   The Role As a Regional Manager, you will report to the Director of Operations and take responsibility for the operational and strategic delivery of services across your designated region. Your role will involve ensuring services are of the highest quality, leading change management initiatives, and driving the growth of new and existing provisions.   About You You are an accomplished leader with a strong background in social care, particularly within autism services.
