Role: Senior Lifestyle Manager / Private Personal Assistant

Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 Gross Per Year

On behalf of a private family based in Notting Hill, we are hiring a Senior Lifestyle Manager / Private Personal Assistant for a full time role, starting ASAP.
\\n\\n
As the household is fully staffed, you must also have proven experience working within and managing a full team of staff from nannies, housekeepers, drivers and chefs from recruitment, through to managing schedules, rotas, grievances, payroll and termination.
\\n\\n
Your role will be to assist the Principals in managing their exceptionally busy calendars, RSVPing to social invitations etc. You will liaise with the children’s schools, carry out extensive research pieces for the family’s next holidays, source sold out tickets, be aware of the newest restaurants and social events in London and maintain the house by booking regular maintenance. You must be happy to lead large projects but to also run the smallest of errands when needed.

Most importantly, this role requires the candidate to have a serious black book and 10 years of experience working in a similar position in London.
