We’re Entasis Partners, a specialist strategy and architecture solutions provider.
We’re growing our associate network to support enterprise architecture tooling implementations, and we are looking for an enterprise solution architecture to help drive an Ardoq implementation with a multi-market client undergoing transformation across EMEA.
This role is to embed into our team and lead early architecture work across business and application modelling. You\’ll help set the foundation for how Ardoq is used, define structure where little exists, and deliver value in the first 90 days.
The engagement:

- Organisation is highly federated and architecturally immature.
- Your role is to lead early modelling efforts , build the conceptual approach, and guide the client through their first wave of data capture.
- Supported by packaged onboarding from Ardoq, with our team leading the strategic and hands-on delivery.
What you’ll be doing as an Enterprise Solution Architect:
- Shaping the Ardoq metamodel – defining the structure, templates, and modelling logic.
- Working directly with the Head of Transformation and CIO to align modelling strategy to key priorities.
- Mapping organisational units and applications across multiple markets.
- Designing and deploying stakeholder surveys to drive engagement and data capture.
- Supporting our ongoing relationship and setting the stage for longer-term maturity work.
What we’re looking for from the Enterprise Solution Architect:

- Experience delivering value with Ardoq or similar EA tooling (LeanIX, BiZZdesign etc).
- Hands-on and strategic, comfortable building structure in low-maturity environments.
- Confident communicator, able to engage across functions and geographies.
