  • Annual salary of £13,741
  • Fixed term role (18 months)
  • Full-time (35 hours)
  • Liverpool city centre office base (Mon- Thurs), home working (Fridays)

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for somebody passionate about ICT and Customer Service looking for a kickstart in their career.

The IT Apprentice role involves being the first point of contact for customers providing excellent customer service through various channels and maintaining detailed records of faults and queries. It also includes collaborating within the ICT Team to manage incidents and maintain the groups Asset Register.

The role will include all aspects of ICT asset management including setting up end user equipment and administering a good helpdesk service.

You will be based in Liverpool City Centre 4 days per week, with 1 day from home for coursework.
