You’ll need to be

  • Registered (or registering) with Social Work England
  • A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • A full UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.
  • Skilled in working with children, young people, and families
  • Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children’s social care
  • A confident communicator and collaborator
